In 2021, as the COVID-19 pandemic rapidly spread, the world faced unprecedented challenges. Amidst this backdrop, KWL undertook a customer’s request and successfully completed the design, processing, assembly, and testing of semiconductor inspection equipment, including key devices such as the Auto ID Reader, Wafer Edge Inspection Machine, and Manual Reader, all within less than four months.
In April 2021, we successfully completed the packing for maritime transport and dispatched engineers to the customer’s site for installation. During this process, we faced difficulties such as sudden policy changes due to the pandemic and a global shortage of materials. However, through mutual support between our departments and the proactive cooperation of our partners, the KWL team was able to deliver the equipment to the customer within the agreed timeline, demonstrating our professionalism and commitment to our customers.
